Right To Work

We work hard to guarantee that the applicants on our database have the necessary permits to live and work in the United Kingdom. Before we register any applicant, we will check and verify their information with the UK Border Agency, and we will keep copies of their papers on file.

DBS and References

We conduct comprehensive pre-employment investigations, including DBS validity, due to the nature of the job in Health and Social Care and the sensitivity of clients.Candidates will not be registered with us if they have any negative reports on their DBS, in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and our own internal rules and processes. We will only register candidates when we have obtained sufficient references and address verifications.

All training and educational certifications will be confirmed with the appropriate organizations and agencies.

Agency Worker Regulations

We follow the Agency Worker Regulations of 2011 to guarantee that our candidates receive the same salary, holidays, working hours, overtime, breaks, and rest periods as permanent employees following the qualifying period.

We also ensure that they have access to information about permanent employment opportunities and access to training.Our client liaison team will contact you shortly before the 12-week qualifying period to ensure that any impacted applicants are brought up to speed on the changes in pay and conditions brought about by the Agency Worker Regulations.

Pensions and Statutory Work Payments

We make certain that our applicants are fully informed on holiday pay, SSP, and SMP. Candidates will be eligible to statutory sick pay for qualifying days at the applicable SSP rate. This information is presented on their paystubs in a clear and simple way. Candidates will be directed to a pension program, into which they can opt. We will contribute to the scheme based on  the wages

Our Charges

Our fees are straightforward, basic, and uncomplicated. We must consider that we must offer our candidates a reasonable wage and other perks in exchange for their hard work. Please contact us for the most recent charges.

Payroll

We have implemented an online timesheet system that streamlines the process of signing and approving applicant shifts. Once you have approved a candidate’s hours, we will generally execute their payment the same day. If you prefer a paper-based timesheet system, please let us know during sign up so that we can configure the system to meet your needs.

Invoicing

We use a simple and straightforward billing method in which you are only charged for the services you have received. If you have any invoicing preferences that you would want us to follow, please contact our accounts department.
