Jakky Care Group offers support and care staff to service users in their homes as well as residential and care homes throughout the United Kingdom. Our goal is to ensure that the people we care about live a healthier, happier lifestyle.

We empower people to be self-sufficient for as long as possible by providing assistance and support 24 hours a day. Depending on the individual's needs, these can vary from short-term assistance to long-term treatment.

Who Care For

Individuals from various cultures, genders, and walks of life are cared for by us. Individual differences are celebrated, and we agree that they make us unique and exceptional. We look after the elderly as well as children and teenagers with a variety of physical and learning disabilities. This can happen in the privacy of your own home, a hospital, a residential facility, or a treatment facility.

Our Team

Management staff, care/support personnel, social workers, nurses, safety teams, and quality managers make up our teams. Every member of our team brings a unique set of skills and experience that aids us in achieving our goals and objectives of providing high-quality care and support. You will have direct and indirect contact with any department involved in your treatment while in our care.

Your primary point of contact will be your Care/Support worker, who will be in charge of your daily care, as well as the Care Manager, who will be in charge of implementing and updating your Care Plan and Care Package. The quality team is in charge of continuously monitoring our service delivery to ensure that the services you receive are satisfactory, as well as dealing with any concerns or questions you might have.

To care for and serve you, all of our employees have the necessary credentials, expertise, experience, attitude, and aptitude. We carefully choose our employees based on their expertise and abilities. We have a thorough recruiting and screening process that looks for compassion and dependability, as we believe these qualities can complement expertise and skills to provide excellent treatment.

All employees undergo enhanced disclosure CRB tests and have their names checked against the Protection of Vulnerable Adults Register.

We ensure that all references and compliance records have been obtained and checked, and employees will only be offered jobs if the recruitment process has been completed satisfactorily.
