We have a service monitoring system called "Care+ QMS" that helps us detect trouble areas in our services or with our employees. This enables us to respond rapidly to complaints and issues relating to your care, and it is part of our Continuous Improvement Initiative to ensure that our services are adequate and good. All complaints are entered into our database and assigned to a quality manager who will work with you to reach an acceptable conclusion. A Corrective Action Log, Incident Log, Complaints Log, and Internal Quality System are all included. You may be confident that your voice will be heard and that every issue will be addressed.
